THE PROBLEM/PROJECT
Growth has slowed and they needed to understand more information about how customers used their product, what new features could be added to support the expansion into new markets. Before they has asked a few customers for feedback but it has been quick and not comprehensive making it hard to draw concussions on next steps.
THE SOLUTION
Project start up conducted 50 in-depth customer interviews. The interviews consisted of a sample of existing customers, academics, and industry leaders. The information was then condensed and presented to the company.
CONCLUSION
